Bidder Registration

Driver’s license with photo ID is required for bidder registration. There is no registration fee. If you hold a farm or resale tax exempt number, please have that number with you on auction day.

 

Payment Instructions

Complete payment is due day of sale by Cash, Personal check or Cashier’s Check.  Personal or Company Checks will be accepted from established customers of High Plains Auctioneers or if accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank.  This Letter of Guarantee must include the following: “(Your Bank) will guarantee or honor your check up to (a specified amount) for purchases made at this auction” All purchases are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution. Announcements day of sale take precedence over any other advertising.  All items are Sold “As Is” and all guarantees, if any, are between Buyer and Seller.

 

Terms and Conditions

No warranties or representations of any kind as to the condition of these items are either implied or intended.  All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. High Plains Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall High Plains Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

 

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. High Plains Auctioneers shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

High Plains Auctioneers will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

 

Shipping

Shipping cost and arrangements are the Buyers sole responsibility.  For outdoor auctions, all equipment must be removed from premises within 14 business days unless other arrangements have been made.  For indoor auctions, all items must be removed from the premises the same day unless other arrangements have been made. Titles will be mailed via certified mail 14 days after the auction.  You may contact High Plains Auctioneers for information on preferred shipper information.
